COMPANY HISTORY
- Family owned and operated business formed in 1970 by Willard Strickland who at the time had 20+ years electronics experience.
- Initially provided services to local Educational facilities, Houses of Worship, Business and Health Care facilities. Serviced and installed Intercom, Sound, and Fire Alarm and security and communication systems.
- Became distributor for the Rauland Borg Corporation in 1979 serving Educational and Healthcare Facilities in Central NC. Based on market needs and customer satisfaction with SEI company, awarded additional NC territory on 2 occasions. Currently serving 54 NC counties and 48 Virginia counties.
- In April 2009 awarded additional territory by Rauland in Virginia. We now cover 48 counties and municipalities in Virginia.
- On-call technicians 24 hours.
- Currently have over 50 employees
- Operate out of a 4,700 square foot building located in Knightdale, NC with warehouses and Technicians in Winston Salem, NC, Virginia Beach Virginia and Roanoke Virginia.
